работа скилов на овере
 
работа бафа овера не соответствует действительности
заявлено что баф ложится в радиусе видимости а в реале он ложится не дальше чем 400-500 ренжа
а реген цп соответствует
прошу проверить и баф и цп на расстояние накладывания заклинания

Сравнил все указанные выше скилы с настройками от ц4 ПТС. Радиус везде совпадает.
Для одного дебафа и бафа под спойлером я привел пример из настроек с корейским коментарием, чтобы у вас не было сомнений.
